Blogger-cum lawyer, Wahome Thuku has revealed a story of a young girl named Cynthia, aged 22, who found herself embroiled in a difficult situation that has thrust her into the clutches of the law. The blogger, has swore to ensure she receives the justice she deserves.

According to Wahome Thuku, Cynthia’s ordeal began earlier this year when she applied for a passport at Nyayo House. Seemingly successful in her endeavor, her father collected the document on her behalf.

However, a critical error lay hidden within the passport, one that escaped the notice of a common eye—the entry of her ID number incorrectly replaced by details from her Birth Certificate.

Unaware of this discrepancy, Cynthia proceeded to Mastermind Agents, aiming to secure a job opportunity in Qatar. It was here that sharp-eyed Mary Anne detected the error, promptly alerting the Central Police Station. Shockingly, Cynthia found herself arrested on March 20th, accused of passport forgery.

Determined to help Cynthia out of the situation, her father confronted Nyayo House officials, demanding answers as to why his daughter was arrested when the passport had been officially issued by their office. Immigration authorities intervened, clarifying the issuance of the passport and even raising her cash bail at the police station.

The blogger further alleges that efforts to reclaim Cynthia’s passport hit a roadblock as the police continue to withhold the document, despite requests from immigration officials. A bureaucratic stalemate ensues, exacerbated by alleged inquiries into Cynthia’s swift passport acquisition, insinuating foul play.

Cynthia’s arrest subsequently made her miss the job interview in Qatar. Thuku has blamed incompetence among the officials at Nyayo House and the police. He has swore to pursue the matter until Cynthia gets help.
