The officers retreated slowly to give the bull way but it kept moving in their direction. Sensing danger the officers increased pace as Lumbe gave chase. It ended up with the officers locking themselves up in their vehicles.Lumbe then walked out of the compound to another home and it is then that the police officers returned to interrogate Khalwale’s relatives at the home.Adelite Khalwale, wife to the politician, was spotted smiling smugly amidst the crowd of villagers as Lumbe literally pushed the officers into their vehicles.Western regional coordinator Mongo Chimwaga confirmed to Crazy Monday that police searched the politician’s home but found nothing.“They had a search warrant and did a search but did not find the deputy Ford Kenya leader. The search was successful and we did not find anything suspicious,” he said.
