The DCI detectives in Nairobi are still probing the mysterious death of a Grade 8 pupil at Joy Gardens Primary Tena-Umoja.
Wesley Njiru died after allegedly jumping from the seventh floor of building that houses the school.
The 13-year-old boy was discovered missing at 6.30pm when he did not show up for supper. A search was then conducted before the lifeless body was found lying at the first-floor balcony outside the headteacher’s office.

While demanding justice, the family has dismissed the school’s narrative claiming that they suspect foul play.
According to the postmortem examination, the pupil died as a result of falling from a height.
However, the deceased’s parents rejected the postmoterm results, citing inconsistencies in the examination. The family insisted that there was no blood at the scene of crime scene, which is not consistent with the autospy report which states that the boy fell from the seventh floor.
Relatives wondered how can a person fall and go on a comma.
The police also downplayed claims that the boy committed suicide. The statements which the suspects in custody gave did not tally up with what crime scene detectives found. The suspects include two directors, the head teacher and a teacher in charge of the boarding section
