Sleuths from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) apprehended Garissa Water and Sewage Company Managing Director, Dolal Mohamed Mohamud, in his office on Thursday. The arrest comes on the grounds of allegations that he forged his academic certificates.
