The hard stares ing that Emmanuel Koin Kores gets from Nairobi residents plus questionable thoughts in the CBD owing to his makeup and modelling had seen him receive admonishing from a woman recently.

Koin is a popular makeup artiste who is often spotten in the CBD applying lipstick as he poses for the camera. While women are amused and take selfies with him, men tend to stop in disbeleif, disaproving of his lifestyle choice.

He dons Masai outfits in honor of his tribe, and so this elicts confusion from men in the city centre.

One woman recently quarreled him as shared in a video he clarified he did not take offense to her words.

“This lady asked me a million questions. “

She tells him

“Nimefeel tu attracted to give you a word. You have told me you are saved. Sindiyo? Na usikasirike.” she pleads with him before launching into her opinion.

“We are talking , usikasirike my son, I am like your mother , sasa kwa nini umeweka nails, and you are a man? “

He responds “Because I am a Barbie girl. Sema, I am a Barbie girl” he sings the song to the newest movie.

She giggles hialriously as he shows her his manicure

“Okay me si understand hiyo , ati mimi Im a Barbie girl? Yani me hujua Barbie ni wale wametoka …”

Emmanuel then adds that she is right, and he feels beautiful. He even offers to do for her a free makeover

“Come one day I do your makeup and draw your eyebrows .I am a makeup artiste, I can even apply you lipstick uglow” he continues

She is then delighted at the thought

“Oh nikuwe young? Younger than this? heh umenibamba”

But she tells him to stop calling himself beautiful because that implies he is a woman.
