Literally everyone agrees COTU Boss Francis Atwoli is a meme maker.
Most of his actions and words have been turned into memes and the latest is a short video cut from an interview he had with Jeff Koinange on the JKL show. Atwoli was being interviewed about the BBI and his role in it.
