Teresia Nyambura from Nyeri started to trend after people started to share her photos on social media and finally her story and photo reached Karangu Wa Muraya. This young girl is suffering from cancer of the eye where she has a big tumor growing in her left eye.
According to her parents, they said that their daughter was born normal with healthy eyes but after their daughter developed this problem early last year. They said that they have been in different hospitals but all have been in vain.
Now Karangu reached out that girl and he went live on his Facebook page and raised money for this girl so that she can go to India for treatment. He managed to raise 1.7 million for Nyambura’s treatment.
