Tensions are mounting as lawyer and political ally of businessman Jimi Wanjigi, Willis Evans Otieno, issued a stark warning over the disappearance of activist Bob Njagi. In a tweet posted earlier today, Otieno condemned the alleged abduction of Njagi, who had been organizing peaceful protests against what he called bad governance.

“There is no justification for abducting an activist for organizing a peaceful protest against bad governance,” Otieno wrote.

He then delivered a chilling ultimatum: “If we don’t find Bob Njagi alive, that is where war is going to begin.”

The sudden vanishing of Njagi, a well-known activist who spoke out against government corruption and bad management, has shocked everyone in society.

Njagiclaimed kidnapping happens at a time when aggressive crackdowns on peaceful protests and public discontent are becoming more common.

This makes people worry about the country’s human rights and freedom of speech. What Otieno said quickly went viral on social media, with many people sharing his worries and calling for Njagi’s safe return.
