Senior council Ahmednasir Abdullahi is a renowned Kenyans politician who have practiced law for over twenty years making his do much experienced in the legal jargony.
Just two days after the supreme court of Kenya bans the flamboyant lawyer never to appear in the apex court in person or any worker of his advocate company, Ahmednasir defied the order and joined the court proceedings through a video.
The judges through the president of the supreme court honourable Martha Koome however ordered immediate adjournment of the proceedings which Moi family was involved.
Confirming the incident the court registrar disclosed that the court proceedings resumed immediately when Ahmednasir Abdullahi disconnected the virtual hearing. “We have changed the court system to ensure that whoever joins the virtual hearing gets permission from court.” He said.
