The death of Tom Adala has taken the country by shock and people have been left wondering the damage that depression can do. Adala was a top official at the National Intelligence Service and his service delivery was exemplary.
He has a record for doing a lot of good things and his team mates are the most heartbroken. Adala shot himself in the head at his Kilimani home and it has been revealed that he left a suicide note in the form of a notebook. Although such information is not supposed to be shared with the public, some photos of what Adala wrote on his notebook.
On one page he requested that his children who are staying with his wife come to visit him. He also said that no person should be blamed for his death as he had chosen that path and was at peace with it. On the same page he also said that he was going home to a place of peace, love and humility.
