The Lion of Suda aka Bensoul is gearing up to launch his brand new album dubbed Party After Party.
It was to launch in April this year, however, it was not God’s timing.
It’s an album full of affirmations and good vibes as he informed SPM Buzz in an interview.
Among songs in the album is a song dedicated to his new girlfriend Cindy K named Dancing in the Light.
He did this to appreciate her presence in his life. “She really means alot in my life. She made a proper change in my life. It just prompts you to do even more on your end. So that’s why I decided to do a song there. Initially, it was supposed to be a hard launch”
They officially unveiled their relationship last month. They first met in 2019, where they interacted, “But hiyo siku nilikuwa na mtu, nikamchorea until I was single”
His plans for her? “To love her more and on top of that create an empire that people will not forget”
They were meant to hard launch their relationship during his album launch, but it backfired so they launched much earlier. He had a plan to show her off slowly until Kenyans figured it out.
The songwriter “for us we are not chasing clout. We are just living and being there for each other”
But ei wambea. Wambea wako kazi. They put one and two together. But nonetheless iko tu sawa. It’s good, they reduced the amount of work I would have had to do explaining things”
“Kuficha ni kazi especially if you are someone like me, “
He described Cindy’s impact on his life.
“She deserves a whole album. Like every single day, she inspires me to do alot. You see those people who come into your life, they just make you grow. I feel like that’s the kind of person I’ve found in her”
He also spoke about the possibility of a wedding “Hizo ni za later. She is amazing, she is loving and caring, and she is mindful.
