The Kakamega Senator Khalwale has accused Sifuna and Olekina as being the biggest stumbling block in the bipartisan talks because of high handedness. Khalwale is clear that the two are against any compromise and they are opposed to anything from Kenya Kwanza side.
Khalwale is clear that Sifuna and Olekina are against Gitonga Murugara speaking during the talks yet he is the chair. The Senator for Kakamega is firm that leaders who do not want to be told cannot learn.
Khalwale has asked Sifuna and Olekina to respect their colleagues in Kenya Kwanza if they want anything to succeed. He is clear that the behavior of Olekina is bad and it’s something that will not be tolerated in the talks.
Khalwale has asked those in Azimio to know that the talks are there because Azimio and Kenya Kwanza did not agree. He is firm that the job of the bipartisan team is to unite the country as opposed to pushing for further divisions among Kenyans.
