Driver and conductor of Bomet Travellers Sacco matatu KCK 423N plying Kericho and Litein have been put on the spot for mishandling passengers.
Concerned passenger Martin Kiptum claims that on October 24, “the driver was driving recklessly and the conductor doubled the fare, forcing passengers who didn’t pay to alight halfway through their journey,” he wrote.
Shame on the crew! We hope the management will take action against them.
