Just when we thought she is off the media, Kenyan socialite Shakilla is again seen buzzing our phones with a video which has circulated online of her and Tanzanian singer Lavalava where they are seen getting cosy.
This video spiked a lot of reactions from netizens with everyone having a different opinion.
The video seemed like a selfie with both of them in bed with Lavalava, who seemed still asleep. This video sparked a lot of funny comments from fans who were all over the comment section.
The comment section blew up with mostly negative and judgemental comments, with some questioning Lavalava as to why he had to carry his phone along with him into the bedroom knowing very well how ladies love flaunting.
On the contrary, Shakilla responded with claims that she is equally shocked as netizens to be seeing the video circulating online. She claims that the video was taken 2 years ago and with a “3rd party’s phone.”
For those wondering the meaning of a 3rd party’s phone, it means the owner of the phone. This is contrary to what the video shows because on the video she is allegedly the one recording.
She further explains that the last time they saw each other or rather speak was over a year ago. She ended her statement by saying she will not answer any more questions regarding the controversial clip but rather she chooses to be silent about it since she is not responsible for posting or having any engagements with the 3rd party.
The big question is who should be believed? Because from the video, Shakilla is seen taking the video which was a selfie video.
