Serial killer gives chilling warning to Piers Morgan when asked if he still had urges to kill

A serial killer gives Piers Morgan a chilling warning not to push his ‘trigger’ during an interview.

Piers recently filmed an eight-part series for Fox Nation, which will air on 12 September.

The series, called The Killer Interview with Piers Morgan, consists of a range of in-depth interviews with killers across America.

However, one person he spoke too has stuck in his mind.

Robert Spahalski has murdered four people and was sentenced to jail for 100 years for his crimes – after having managed to evade the police for 15 years until he handed himself in 2005.

He also feels no remorse after committing the heinous crimes.

According to the presenter, he was warned by prison guards before interviewing the murderer, that he was a ‘very dangerous man’.

“He once broke out of handcuffs with his bare hands.” Piers added in his article for The New York Post.

He also described him as ‘a tall, very muscular man and radiated quietly spoken deadly menace’.

During the interview, Piers asked Spahalski whether he still has the urge to kill people, but after originally answering ‘no’, he added: “But if you push my trigger, you’re done.”

Feeling unnerved and needing what Piers described as ‘clarification’, he asked: “What you’re saying is, if I press the wrong trigger with you in this interview, you might feel homicidal?”

Not doubting his response for a second, he replied: “Absolutely.”

Spahalski either knew or had a relationship with each of his victims.

He killed his next-door neighbour, Morraine Armstrong, by strangling her on New Year’s Eve in 1990 – although he now denies having anything to do with her death, The Daily Mail reports.

His girlfriend, Adrian Berger, was killed a year later in 1991 – along with his partner, Charles Grande, who was bludgeoned to death with a hammer .

And in 2005, he strangled and beat his girlfriend’s best friend, Vivian Irrizarry.

In his interview with Piers, Spahalski also said that the people killed ‘didn’t suffer’, to which the journalist replies: ” “How can I believe you?”

“I don’t care if you do, or you don’t.” he says.

“For me as a journalist, there is nothing more compelling than sitting face-to-face with some of the most dangerous killers in the world to hold them directly to account for their crimes.” Piers said about the upcoming series.

“This series is a fascinating collection of very varied and explosive interviews that I’m sure will leave viewers debating with family and friends as to the subject’s guilt or otherwise and give a gripping insight into the murderers’ mindset and motivation for doing what they did.”
