Since her nomination to the Senate by the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) in 2022, Asige has distinguished herself as one of the most active voices on the Senate floor.She has spearheaded critical initiatives, including advocating for better regulation of recruitment agencies and pushing for an audit of the 2023 KCPE results following reports of anomalies.
