Lawyer Willis Otieno on 12th February afternoon resurfaced online with a bold message to kenyans over latest CJ Koome’s decision of transfering Anti corruption magistrate Esther Nyutu.
Speaking via his official twitter handle, Otieno linked the decision of transfering Anti corruption magistrate Esther Nyutu to an agreement that CJ Koome failed to reveal to the public following his meeting with President William Ruto.
“Now that @CJMarthaKoome resisted calls to make public her concessions to executive during her meeting with Kenya Kwanza leaders, I hope the transfer of the anti-corruption magistrate Esther Nyutu was not one of them. Making judiciary appendage of SH will be robustly resisted”, he said.
He further spelled doom for any plans that are meant to capture Judiciary considering the latest wrangles between the two arms of the government.
On the other side, Azimio la Umoja one Kenya Coalition’s leaders led by former prime minister Raila Odinga have vowed to reject any plans of recruiting IEBC commission without their efforts.
Speaking daya ago, Ugunja constituency member of parliament Hon Opiyo Wandayi called on the parliament to implement the national dialogue committee’s final report which both the government and the Opposition agreed on.
