Senior counsel Ahmednasir Abdullahi on 27th January evening resurfaced online with a bold message to kikuyu constituency member of parliament Hon Kimani Ichungwah following his bold message to president William Ruto.

Speaking via his official twitter handle, Ahmednasir lauded Kimani Ichungwah following his advice to Ruto on how to deal with judges who are allegedly Sabotaging his Kenya Kwanza’s government.

” You are saying nothing but the truth”, he wrote.

His statement comes off in line with Kimani Ichungwah’s ‘ kalia judges ngumu’ remarks which has sparked sharp reactions from Kenyans online.

Expressing their views, kenyans wrote the following;

Majo: Argue on the merits of the decision. Critic it. Cite internal inconsistencies in the decision or with previous court decisions or with statutes. Simply stating “Kalia judges ngumu” does not communicate anything sensible about the decision of the courts.

Sanch: Only kigege politician can argue with wheelbarrow mentality on the judgement of housing levy . The judiciary has not stopped construction of affordable houses, Ruto can continue building using other sources of funding but not from Kenyan citizens salaries.

Albert: When leaders express themselves in such a manner, it has the potential to ignite significant turmoil within the country. The judiciary is independent. The introduction of the housing levy was unconstitutional, and is catering for their personal interests. Shame on you.

Mike: No No No No….@WilliamsRuto Kenyans are not expected to be under the rule of law while having someone above the rule of law…Law is paramount,work within the law ,know your weakness and be smart with your strength,be advised to work with policies within the law..

Bernard: The housing tax levy that has stopped is meant to finance “affordable housing” not financing judiciary. Unless Kimachung’wa reveals that the money is never meant for the purported housing project. #Mchanganyiko
