Saumu Mbuvi, the first-born daughter of former Nairobi County Governor Mike Sonko has openly expressed her desire to one day get married.
The 32-year-old mother of two is infact waiting so eagerly for that day, that she has already chosen a song that must play at her wedding.

Taking to her Instagram stories Saumu Mbuvi shared a short TikTok video of herself few hours ago, and the song that was playing at the background was actually the one that she wanted for her wedding day.
This was the love song dubbed ‘If Love Is A Crime’ sang by 2Face Idibia.
She further wrote a caption :
“This song must play on my wedding day…Nangoja tu Mungu atume mume mwema 🤣🤣”.
Saumu Mbuvi’s desire to get married however comes at a time when she has already experienced failed relationships in the past.
She infact has two baby daddies that are all her former lovers.
Their names are Ben Gatu, who is a flamboyant businessman and Anwar Loitiptip, who is a former Lamu Senator.
Saumu Mbuvi openly turns down offers from men
The post by Saumu Mbuvi however comes just few months after she openly turned down some men, who expressed desire to date her and marry her.
This happened in September 2022, when she had a question-and-answer session with her instagram followers, and the men used the opportunity to try and show interest in her.
In her responses however, the mother of two even made it clear that she had no intention of falling in love again soon.
“Would you date me if I shoot my shot?” One fan asked.
“I’m off dating for a while. Sorry I’m not interested” she said.
“I wanna love you, give me a chance. I won’t disappoint you” Another man pleaded.
“Not interested, my kids’ love is enough. I’m complete” Saumu Mbuvi answered back.
