Hours after Akothe wedded her husband Omosh and they used Kikuyu Ohangra songs, she posted on her Facebook page talking about it. According to her,she said that it was a beautiful wedding and she loved the way they enjoyed Ohangra music and the groom danced on it.
She went ahead and said their fellow Kikuyu people are always playing Celine Dion and Westlife music in their weddings rather than supporting their local musicians.
