Sam Gituku, a news presenter on Citizen television conducted a quick poll on AUC candidates just after the conclusion of the yesterday’s Addis Ababa debate. On his X page, Gituku inquired from Kenyans the candidate who won in the key interview. In their responses, many Kenyans preferred Djiboutian Mahmoud Ali Youssouf arguments in the debate, he scored 64%, followed by Raila who only got 34% then lastly Madagascar’s Richard Randriamandrato 2%.
Despite the fact that Kenyans are not going to vote in this election, but only President William Ruto, their say may influence other heads of state on the matter.
Kenyans argued that, despite being vast with African and world affairs, Mr Odinga lacked eloquence. At the same time, a section of Kenyans are still bitter with Odinga following series of past events that they accuse the ODM head of interrupting for his personal gain.
