Salary of Kenyans earning from 20,000 to 5 million monthly as new deductions by the Ruto led administration kicks off can now be revealed.
According to new information, Kenyans who are earning 20,000 per month and who were taking home Kshs 19,050 will now take home Kshs 16,990 in new pay adjustments.
Those earning Kshs 50,000 will now take home Kshs 38,656 from the current situation where they were taking home 41,540.65
Kenyans earning Kshs 100,000 who up to December 2022 were taking home 76,041 will now go home with 71,530.95.
Those earning Kshs 800,000 who were taking home 566,041 will now go home with Kshs 522,813. Those earning 1 million will go home now with Kshs 644,335 down from 706,041.
Those earning Kshs 2 Million will go home with 1251835 from 1,406,041 while those earning Kshs 5 Million will go home with 3,074,335 from 3,506,041.
The Ruto led administration has introduced new taxes and charges including the Affordable Housing Levy, the revised Social Health Insurance Fund among others.
