The PLC company has issued a notice to mpesa customers using Android mobile phones.

The notice which is regarding to Mpesa customers who are unable to receive messages after a transaction.

The customers have been advised to open their short messages application and unblock Safaricom Mpesa messages and will be able to receive the message.

M-Pesa is a mobile money transfer and payment service that allows customers to send, receive, and store money using their mobile phones. It was launched in 2007 by Safaricom and has since become one of the most successful mobile money services globally.

With M-Pesa, users can deposit money into their mobile wallets at M-Pesa agents or through bank transfers. They can then use this money to make various transactions, such as sending money to other M-Pesa users, paying bills, buying airtime, and even making online purchases.
