New twist as Safaricom drop a very crucial message that its Fuliza M-PESA service was disrupted on today Wednesday due to a system glitch.The system glitch affecting all Fuliza subscribers was first reported by a Twitter user a few minutes past 3 pm. As a result, customers cannot use Fuliza M-PESA to pay bills, buy goods or send money.
In addition, it has been reported that customers who attempted to use Fuliza service received an error message, with some complaining about their limit reductions and others completely unable to access the service. However, Safaricom has assured customers that it is working hard to restore normal services as soon as possible.
Fuliza subscribers have thus been urged to be patient as they work to solve the issue which has affected many customers. More details will emerge once the issue get restored.
