A few hours ago, a very sad incident was reported from Garissa County where a Matatu vehicle full of passengers was attacked by the Alshabab militia. According to the report, this sad incident happened at a place called Bukeree Dam where three armed men signaled the Matatu driver to stop the vehicle.
According to the report, the Matatu driver speeded off past these armed men saving his passengers’ lives. The armed men fired several rounds at the Matatu vehicle causing panic among the passengers. Luckily, no passengers got hurt in this sad incident.
The police have already arrived at the scene to carry out their investigations as well as trying their best to arrest these goons and bring them to justice. It’s by good luck that the driver was brave enough to defy orders from these men thus saving lives.
