Rwandan gospel sensation Israel Mbonyi left an indelible mark during his recent visit to Kenya performing at the Africa Worship Experience on August 10, 2024 at the Ulinzi Sports Complex.
The event which drew a massive crowd saw Mbonyi soulful performance resonate deeply with attendees including prominent figures like Mumias East MP Peter Salasya.
Moved by the experience, Salasya announced plans to bring Mbonyi to Kakamega’s Bukhungu Stadium for a similar event expressing his admiration on Instagram with a video of himself dancing to Mbonyi hit song “Nina Siri.”
The concert also garnered praise from other public figures including former Cabinet Secretary Eugene Wamalwa and former Senator Isaac Mwaura who lauded Mbonyi for his inspiring ministry.
