President William Ruto’s ally and economic advisor in Kenya Kwanza government David Ndii has just been sued by renowned human rights activist Boniface Mwangi.
Mwangi claims that Ndii had recently defamed him by claiming that he also participated in Linda Katiba movement after being paid by President William Ruto years ago.
According to him, it is absolutely a lie for Ndii to claim that he received money hence the reason why he has decided to task his millennial laywer to deal with the matter at hand.
In his defense, Mwangi has stated that he only used his own money and other resources in the Linda Katiba and was not paid as alleged by Ndii.
“Today, my lawyer @milleniallawyer has sent a demand letter to @DavidNdii for defaming me by claiming that I was paid by Ruto to participate in Linda Katiba. This is a lie. I volunteered my time and resources to Linda Katiba. I did not ask anyone for money. I was not paid,” said Boniface Mwangi.
