She’s known for taking risks with her wacky outfit choices.
But songstress Rita Ora, 26, has revealed she won’t take any chances when it comes to her fertility, having announced that she froze her eggs years ago.
Appearing on Sunrise this Wednesday, the UK-born beauty spoke of her desire to start a family, saying: ‘Me being 27 soon, I thought about this when I was in my early 20s, about kids.’

‘Maybe that is me being a hypochondriac, but I have always wanted a big family and my doctor asked me, ‘I think you should freeze your eggs when I was in my early 20s’, that is what he said to me,’ she went on.
Surprised, host David ‘Kochie’ Koch interjected: ‘That is a confronting question from a doctor!’
‘I know, but he has been my family doctor for a long time and he said you are healthy is now and it would be great, why not put them away and then you never have to worry about it again?’ Rita explained.

‘I think it depends on people’s beliefs and I’m a big believer in using what we have in making the most of it,’ she said.
‘I have never said that [I’ve had my eggs frozen] on TV, and I’m 26 so I know people might say, ‘wow, that’s so young’. I just wanted to really be safe. Maybe that is me being crazy,’ she added.
Earlier this month, Rita made headlines after pranking Germay’s version of The Voice by performing her recent single Your Song.

However, while all the coaches eventually turned their chairs for Rita as she sang, they failed to recognise who she actually was.
Admitting to the publication that she appeared on the show as she thought it would be ‘fun to do,’ Rita added that while their was confusion as to her identity, she had fun regardless.
‘My single was top of the charts for a few weeks in Germany so it was the perfect thing to go and show some support and love,’ she said. ‘They were a bit confused. It was fun, it was wicked.’
