Celebrated comedian Eric Omondi is mourning the death of a small boy by the name Dylan who passed away while on medication.
Eric shared Dylan’s story two months ago after his father appealed for help. Dylan had cancer and his father was hopeful that he will recover after bone marrow transplant in India but finances were the problem.
The comedian facilitated for their plane tickets and medical expenses through his Sisi Kwa Sisi initiative where he mobilises his fans to contribute money for those in need.
Dylan’s father send Eric a hopeful update the moment they got admitted at a hospital in India stating that he (Dylan) was in less pain as he awaited surgery.
However, Eric’s hope for Dylan’s recovery has been crushed because he did not make it. He shared this sad news on Instagram with a caption, “We have lost Dylan. We gave our best, this one hit different. I was hopeful but God has his plans. We keep the family in prayers, rest with the angels champ.”
