Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has joined the Nyeri community in mourning the untimely demise of Deborah Wanjiru Mariru, a respected Human Resource Officer at the County Assembly of Nyeri. Deborah, who was also the sister of the Principal Secretary for Defence, Dr. Patrick Mariru, was celebrated for her exceptional dedication to her profession.
In a heartfelt statement, Gachagua conveyed his condolences to Deborah’s family, friends, and colleagues. “My family and I are deeply saddened by the passing of Deborah Wanjiru Mariru,” he wrote. “Deborah was a diligent Human Resource Officer with a work ethic worthy of emulation.”
