Nairobi ex-governor Mike Sonko has been trending for days after asking Rev Natasha why she did not inform him she was getting engaged.
Many had in the past assumed the two were dating and that Sonko was the one funding Rev Natasha’s lifestyle.

In an interview with Betty Kyallo, Rev Natasha refuted claims that she was dating Mike Sonko.
The woman of God said they only interacted on spiritual matters.
“We took those photos when the governor was still a senator and the photos are professional. But people will always want to read into things the way they want to.
In actual fact, the governor is very prayerful and my connection with him is very spiritual. We have prayed together on different occasions.
I have never dated Mike Sonko, I do not know where those stories came from. He is a very respectful man, plus he also has a family. These are just fabrications.”
