Daktari, what right does Uganda have to subject our citizens from Turkana to this Military court?! Parliament needs to investigate and report to Kenyans about what circumstances led to their arrest? Did they have access to legal representation?
Check with your Foreign Affairs Ministry and you will be advised accordingly. Under Ugandan Law, a civilian found in possession of weapons exclusively meant for the military can be tried by a Court Martial.
