It is a dull day in Kenya following demise of important service providers who lost their lives in a tragic plane crash. The crash led to loss of lives of general Francis Ogolla among other officers who were on board.
The funeral and burial ceremony of the late brigadier Swale Saidi is ongoing according to the Islamic religion.
Despite being a Muslim, the body of the late brigadier Swale Saidi was ferried in a casket which is against the Islamic beliefs. This might have raised eyebrows among mourners as Kenyans as well.
The family spokesperson openly addressed the issue claiming that the body was ferried in a casket in respect to the Kenya Defence Forces practices. However, the body will be buried wrapped in robes in accordance to the Islamic beliefs and practices.
