The former prime minister Raila Odinga on 14th August evening resurfaced online with a bold message to kenyans.

Speaking via his official twitter handle, the veteran opposition leader revealed he had a great conversation with county bosses affiliated to the opposition.

As per his statement, the team discussed important matters that are meant to help in the growth of Azimio la Umoja one Kenya Coalition and the country at large.

“We had a great conversation today with Governors from our Coalition. We delved into pertient issues together, establishing a common path ahead aimed toward’s Kenya’s progress and future”, he said.

His statement comes off when the coalition’s leaders especially governors have declared their stance with the current Kenya Kwanza government.

It should be noted that Azimio la Umoja one Kenya Coalition’s dialogue committee and that of Ruto’s Kenya Kwanza are in talks with technical teams yet to find a common agenda.

The talks are expected to be chaired by former Nigerian president Obasanjo despite opposition from top leaders from Ruto’s Kenya Kwanza government who claims the country doesn’t need an international mediator.
