This comes hours after president Ruto appointed some ODM leaders as Cabinet secretaries.These members were actually nominated MP John Mbadi, Ugunja MP Opiyo Wandayi, former Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho and also former Kakamega Governor Wycliffe Oparanya.
