The former prime minister Raila Odinga has finally spoken on Deputy president Rigathi Gachagua’s Impeachment.
Speaking in an interview as reported by Mijungu, Mr Odinga who is as well the Azimio la Umoja one Kenya Coalition’s chief welcomed DP Gachagua’s ouster saying it’s a tragedy for Kenya to have someone like Gachagua as DP.
According to Mr Odinga, Gachagua’s behaviour and talking has always been something to worry about as on several occasions, he has always advocated for ethnic tensions via the shareholders remarks.
” It’s a tragedy to this country to have someone like Gachagua as deputy. Gachagua should not be even the head of a chicken burn from the way he talks and behave”, Mr Odinga said.
It should be noted that the senate is expected to rule on the same where by President William Ruto will nominate another individual as deputy with interior cabinet secretary Kithuri Kindiki and Kirinyaga governor Anne Waiguru backed to succeed the embattled deputy president Rigathi Gachagua.
