Celebrated Kenyan radio personality Melody Sinzore has recently shared a never-seen-before photo of her posing with her mum and dad.
In what was undoubtedly a rarely seen act, the sassy Radio Citizen presenter posted the photo on her Facebook account.
What was clear is that she was on one side, her mum on the other side and her dad sandwiched in the middle and they were all smiles.
Melody Sinzore however accompanied the photo with a lovely caption, urging netizens to always go home during this festive season and spend time with their parents so as to get blessings.
“Mumetoka nyumbani?? Njooni hapa niwape siri ya UMUHIMU MKUBWA zaidi kwenda nyumbani krismasi.
HAKIKISHA UMETOKA NYUMBANI NA BARAKA ZA WAZEE WAKO (Baba, mama, babu, nyanya AU WOTE).
Tafuta baraka zako kwa lazima. Wamkumbuka Jacob alivo saidiwa na mamake kumuibia nduguye Esau baraka zake????? 🤔
Wacha ushamba, TOKA NYUMBANI NA BARAKA ZAKO! Thank me later.
This is the greatest sandwich of all time. Dad & mum.
The Ambweres ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Before the post, Melody Sinzore had kept her family away from the limelight and only posted them on very few occasions.
A good example of this was seen on the 2nd of October this year, when the sassy ‘Jambo Kenya’ show host posted a photo of herself with her dad, and introduced herself as Mr Ambwere’s daughter unbeknownst to many.
“Kwani what was dad telling me hadi nikafunga macho? 🤔🤔🤔
Umeskia naitwa Melody Sinzore Ambwere? Good! Meet Mr Ambwere the billionaire. Aka my dad.
Together we wish you a good night” she wrote.
Mr Ambwere, the billionaire
As Melody Sinzore mentioned, her dad Ibrahim Ambwere is indeed one of the billionaires in Kenya and one of the most famous figures in Western Kenya.
Born in 1936 in Vihiga County, the man had humble beginnings before becoming the wealthy businessman that he is known to be today.
According to reports, Ambwere’s father left to fight for the British Army in the Second World War when he was four and never returned home.
His mother also passed away when he was eight years old and this left his maternal grandmother to take care of him.
Without getting access to formal education, he was forced to follow a group of men to work in pyrethrum farms in Molo. At the time he was 10 years old.
However he quit the job on the first day after he was affected by allergies while doing the work.
Ibrahim Ambwere then later met an Asian employer, who hired him as a sweeper and did the job for 10 years before the employers left Kenya.
Ibrahim Ambwere’s first business was however a carpentry shop that he set up with his savings of Ksh 38. He however got a big break in 1963 when the Kaimosi Hospital contracted him to make beds.
From then onwards, the man continued to grow his business and also became wealthy in the process.
According to reports, some of the properties that he currently owns in Kakamega include Ambwere Towers, Ambwere Fraha Centre and Ambwere Plaza among others located in other towns.
