The cost of the Late World Marathon Record Holder Kelvin Kiptum’s house, which was constructed to his widow ahead of his burial yesterday in their home village in Uasin Gishu county, has continued to elicit many reactions from Kenyans after being revealed to the public today by Housing Principal Secretary Charles Hinga. Who has announced that the whole project costed Ksh7 Million from it’s initial stage to completion.

Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Alliance Coalition Party and Jubilee Party allied political blogger Pauline Njoroge, is the latest to react on the announcement by PS Hinga through her Facebook page. She has reacted on the report by Kenyans.co.ke that Kiptum’s House costed the government Ksh7 Million, by questioning whether he is being misquoted by the media or whether he truly said that that house costed Ksh7 Million. She has asked someone close to the PS to confirm to the public whether he is being misquoted or those are his real words. “…Someone please tell me PS anawekelewa.” She commented.
