The Embakasi East Constituency Member of Parliament Hon Babu Owino has given Ruto’s government three days to release the HELB loan to the students in various institutions and failure to do that by Monday he will lead demonstrations in the push for education reforms.
He made it clear that the student leadership in the country has been captured and it is time for all the leaders to embrace unity in fighting for the students for better reforms.
He urged the students to come out in large numbers so that they can effect the process because that is the only way through which the government can listen.
He urged all the leaders to come together so that they can create peace because it is now time to forget their differences and focus on change through seeking the wisdom from the Lord. He made it clear that the clergy will continue fighting for peace.
