President William Ruto is currently addressing a roadside rally in Nakuru. President William Ruto was meeting all engineers in Nakuru and later opened a modern market for the residents and county of Nakuru in Naivasha.
During his lengthy speech president William Ruto spoke about a number of issues his government has put in budget to tackle it. Among what he talked about is community health promoters.
While still on it, president William Ruto spoke about the hustlers fund. President said that he is proud that about 600,000 people from Nakuru have taken the hustlers fund. He also said out of those who have taken 70% have returned and 30% have defaulted.
While jokingly asking what happened to those who have defaulted, crowd told him they will pay in the near future. However, president William Ruto told them if they don’t pay, he knows how and when he will deal with them.
