President William Ruto has appointed the Bidco Chairman Vimal Shah as the new Vice Chancellor of the Maasai Mara University for a period of five years. The head of state is trying to tap on the experience of the Businessman in order to ensure that, Maasai Mara University goes to International standards.
President Ruto has continued to make key government appointments in order to ensure that, the operations of government are to the expected standards. The president is firm that, the only way for government to achieve success is by having professionals in key sectors.

Vimal Shah is an experienced business person and scholar hence his appointment will obviously drive Maasai Mara University to great heights. This is the latest move by president William Ruto to kick out dome of the Vice Chancellors who are not loyal to his government.
President Ruto approach to governance has left lost of those who were appointed by the former president Uhuru Kenyatta in a corner. The new Vice Chancellors across the country are all loyal to the government of president William Ruto and none of them is loyal to any other person.
