Kenya’s Head of State His Excellency Dr William Samoei Ruto has today broken silence with an evening powerful statement to his predecessor His Excellency Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta.
Addressing at the altruistic and exemplary climate of Kisumu today the 9th day of October 2023, President Ruto has congratulated Former President His Excellency Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta for effectively renovating the imminent MV Uhuru II.
President Ruto further congratulated Uhuru Kenyatta for installing a variety of cutting-edge systems on the cargo ship MV Uhuru II in a strategic move fostered towards ensuring its safe and effective operation.
“I must congratulate my predecessor for having the vision to think about this shipyard renovation. When we arrived here, it was a heap of mud, rubble, and ancient buildings when he asked me one morning to visit Kisumu and see what the military could do,” Head of State His Excellency Dr William Samoei Ruto stated.
