Powerful man in the ex President Uhuru Kenyatta’s government, Amos Kimunya is set to be brought before court on Thursday according to information shared by Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission,EACC
Amos Kimunya who served as the powerful leader of majority in the National Assembly in the last term of ex President Uhuru Kenyatta is set to appear before court over corruption case.
The former Kipipiri member of parliament who has gone silent since losing his seat in the last general elections is set to appear before court on Thursday 26th October 2023 over abuse of office and fraudulent disposal of public property.
The former MP and 3 others are implicated in the excision of 25 acres of land from parcel number , Nyandarua/Njabini/530 belonging to Njabini Farmers Training Centre without consent of ghd Ministry of Agriculture.
The case is scheduled for mentioning on Thursday at the Milimani Anti-Corruption Court.
