Police In Rongai are investigating an incident where a couple was robbed ksh 699k by Suspects who ambushed them immediately after they left a bank.
In a report that has been shared by a reliable source of information, it has been reported that the woman who has been identified as Joyce and her husband were attacked by the suspects in, Nairobi’s CBD.
According to the reports given by Joyce, they were heading to an eatery before they were blocked by the suspects who blocked their vehicle ordered them to hand over the money before they, suspects fled from the crime scene along with the husband of the woman who was Whisked away by the suspects
The man who has been identified as Langat while speaking about the incident is said to have been left with Ksh 2000 by Suspects who he said dumped him in another location after covering his head with Sacks.
While reacting to this incident, Kenyans who took to their different social media platforms to express their opinion on this topic have urged The police to conduct an investigation in order to find out how these suspects knew the couple had money.
According to the reports given by most Kenyans, the incident might have been an inside job. This is happening at the same time when it has been reported that the police in Nakuru who spoke about this incident have stated that they are currently investigating this incident in order to arrest suspects who were involved.
