Media personality Oga Obinna has confidently said he believes he will walk away with KSh 2 million after blogger Edgar Obare failed to release the alleged private videos linked to Kasarani Member of Parliament and SportPesa CEO Ronald Karauri.
The drama began after shocking screenshots and claims started circulating online. A man came forward on social media, claiming he had been in a secret relationship with Karauri.
He alleged that the relationship ended badly and said he now fears for his safety. The man even warned that if anything happened to him, Karauri should be held responsible. These claims quickly caused heated debate across Kenya.
In response, Ronald Karauri publicly addressed the issue and dismissed the allegations. In a bold move, he challenged those spreading the claims to release the alleged videos if they truly exist.
Karauri went further and offered KSh 10 million to anyone who would share the videos and help bring out the truth. He directly called out blogger Edgar Obare, asking him to release the clips instead of pushing rumors and screenshots.
This is where Oga Obinna entered the conversation. Speaking on the matter, Obinna said that since Edgar Obare has failed to release the alleged videos, it only proves that the claims may not be true.
Obinna confidently stated that without real video evidence, the accusations remain just stories.
Obinna explained that challenges like Karauri’s are meant to force people to present facts, not gossip. He added that if no video is released, then Karauri’s point stands, and those pushing the claims have nothing solid to show.
According to Obinna, this is why he believes he will “bag” the money, as the situation has exposed what he called empty allegations.
