Morara Kebaso has announced the second phase of the Gen Z mega demonstrations, dubbed “Occupy Parliament Season 2.” The protests are set to take place in select areas across various parts of the country. Kebaso urged all Kenyans to come out in large numbers during the Friday public participation events, which will focus on the impeachment of Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua. He emphasized that these demonstrations are critical, claiming that after Gachagua’s impeachment, President William Ruto should also face similar action.

The upcoming protests are part of a broader movement driven by frustrations over governance, economic challenges, and the perceived failures of leadership. Kebaso’s call has resonated with many, particularly the youth, who see these demonstrations as a chance to voice their dissatisfaction. The protests, which will be held in different regions, aim to show a united front across the nation. With tension rising, all attention is on how these protests will unfold and the potential impact they could have on the political scene.
