Bob Saget’s wife, Kelly Rizzo, arrives at her late husband’s funeral in Los Angeles, California, apparently wearing her wedding ring around her neck. The widower was joined by numerous family, friends, fellow comedians of Bob’s and other celebrities who came to honor the life of the comedian and actor who died Jan. 11 at age 65.
The iconic TV superstar, who delighted a generation of viewers as father knows best Danny Tanner on Full House and host of America’s Funniest Home Videos, was found dead in his hotel room in Orlando, FL. Shortly after his passing, those who were closest to him gathered for his funeral on Jan. 14.
The service was small, with only close family and friends in attendance, with the burial held at Mt. Sinai Memorial Park Cemetery in L.A. Bob’s family kept with Jewish tradition, holding the service and burial quickly after his death. Jeff Franklin, who is the creator of the show Full House, held the reception at his home for all in attendance.
