All owners of motor vehicles are subject to a new license plate and driver’s license rule that was issued today by the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA).
To find out the status of their applications for reflective number plates, all vehicle owners have been instructed by the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) to contact mvenquiries@ntsa.go.ke. Regarding this judgement, a statement was released on February 26, 2025.
The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) has directed all motor vehicle owners to send an email to dlqueries@ntsa.go.ke with any questions they may have about PSV or driving license services, such as smart driving license enquiries, status updates, record adjustments, PSV badge enquiries, or PSV sacco.
Any motor vehicle owner who needs any driving school management services, including driving school registration, revalidation, PDL application support, driver test booking, driver test update/status, or driving calls endorsement, is advised by the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) to send an email to dsmqueries@ntsa.go.ke.
All car owners who consciously desire official communication services are encouraged to contact the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) by email at info@ntsa.go.ke.
