The Member of Parliament for Gatundu South, GG Kagombe, has spilled the beans as he spoke on why Mama Ngina’s security detail was withdrawn by the Kenya Kwanza Alliance government.
While addressing the media, GG Kagombe said that the country had to value better priorities & other activities that needed more attention.
He said that the Kenya Kwanza Alliance government is not oppressing Mama Ngina Kenyatta as Azimio sympathizers claim.
GG Kagombe said that the security of the country & ordinary people was the government’s priority & security detail of the majority of Azimio principals such as; Raila Odinga, Martha Karua, Stephen Kalanzo, & Mama Ngina Kenyatta were withdrawn and deployed in areas that are majorly affected by Azimio’s nationwide protests.
Kenya Kwanza Alliance government led by President William Samoei Ruto was criticized & termed childish for withdrawing Mama Ngina Kenyatta’s security detail.
Mama Ngina Kenyatta is Kenya’s First Lady who was also a member of Mungiki who fought for Kenya’s independence in the early 50s. Being the wife of the 1st President of the Republic of Kenya, Mama Ngina Kenyatta needs every Kenyan President to handle her with the respect she deserves.
Mama Ngina Kenyatta is a resident of the Gatundu South constituency. Currently, GG Kagombe is a Member of Parliament.
Earlier on, Mama Ngina Kenyatta’s son, Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta, was a member of parliament for Gatundu South before Moses Kuria took over from him and then later on was taken over by Kagombe.
