Renowned TV news anchor Lulu Hassan talked about sharing money with her husband, Rashid Abdalla.

She said they both tell each other how much money they make and plan what to do with it. But they don’t have a joint bank account, except for one for their kids. Lulu doesn’t think sharing accounts is a good idea because they have different jobs. She thinks it’s strange to get paid together when they work separately.

When asked how much money married couples should handle, Lulu said it depends on the couple. She and Rashid know each other’s incomes, which she thinks is important. Rashid doesn’t like dealing with money, so Lulu handles it.

She also mentioned that pooling money together helps them notice if someone spends it elsewhere. The renowned journalist once opened up about working with her hubby and revealed that the idea to work with him was from her friend Kanze Dena.

According to Lulu, who was then co-hosting with Kanze, their worry was if the next person would have similar chemistry to the one she had with her friend Kanze. Kanze added that her hubby was cool with the idea of them working together, and the rest of the team agreed.
